    Premier training level 4 advanced trainer.

    10 years + in the industry I truly believe in enjoying life but finding a balance is key. Achieving this takes time and patients but well worth it in the end.

    I’m passionate about what I do and have helped many of people over the years achieved their goals.

    Over the past 10 years I’ve competed in Body Building, Marathons, endurance cycling across Great Britain and soon my first Ultra Marathon over Snowdonia.

    No matter what the goal is I’m happy to help you achieve it.

    Taking cycling to the next step. We can train a beginner and advanced cyclist in the same class getting maximum effort from both. By using our coach by colour we can push you all to your own limits.

    A fun, high energy all over body workout to tone and strengthen muscles. It will increase your core stability , flexibility and cardio fitness. Suitable for beginners as well as those already enjoying the benefits of Kettlebell training . 60 mins
